A subscription ($19.99/mo or $149.99/yr) is required to post loads, book loads, and message. Shippers also pay a 3% platform fee only when a delivery is completed.

Our platform fee is 3% of the load value, paid by the shipper only after delivery is confirmed. On a $2,000 load, that's just $60. If a load is cancelled after a carrier books, a $100 cancellation fee applies. Carriers always receive their full agreed rate.
You negotiate payment terms directly with the shipper. Wanload doesn't hold or process your money. Many shippers offer quick pay (hours or days) via ACH, Zelle, or check.
Carriers verify their USDOT through FMCSA, so shippers know they're working with authorized operators. Shippers must have a valid payment method on file before posting loads or messaging. If issues arise, our support team helps mediate.
