Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request deletion of personal information that a business has collected from them, subject to certain exceptions.

This page allows you to exercise your right to request deletion of your personal information from Wanload.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we can delete:

• Your profile information (name, contact details, company info)
• Search history and saved searches
• Platform activity logs and browsing history
• Account preferences and settings
• Uploaded documents (subject to legal retention requirements)

Exceptions to Deletion

We may be unable to delete certain information if it is necessary to:

• Legal compliance: Retain records required by law, such as broker transaction records (49 CFR 371.3)
• Complete transactions: Fulfill ongoing contracts, process payments, or honor warranties
• Security purposes: Detect security incidents, protect against malicious activity, or prosecute fraud
• Fraud prevention: Identify and repair errors that impair existing functionality

Processing Timeline

After we receive your request:

• We will verify your identity and process your request within 45 days
• You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete
• We will notify our service providers to delete your information as well
