Submit a data deletion request to permanently remove your personal information from Wanload.

1. Your Right to Delete

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request that we delete your personal information that we have collected from you.

This right applies to California residents and, to the extent required by applicable law, to residents of other states with similar privacy protections.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete the following categories of personal information:

  • Account profile information (name, email, phone number, address)
  • Load search history and saved searches
  • Platform activity logs and usage data
  • User preferences and settings
  • Uploaded documents and files associated with your account

3. Exceptions — Data We Must Retain

Certain personal information may be exempt from deletion where retention is required or permitted by law, including:

  • Legal Obligations Data required to comply with federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or legal processes
  • Transaction Records Financial transaction records, invoices, and payment history required for tax and accounting purposes (retained for 7 years)
  • Security and Fraud Prevention Data necessary to detect, prevent, or investigate security incidents, fraud, or illegal activity
  • Protect Against Fraud Information needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wanload, our users, or the public

Submit a Deletion Request

Please complete the form below to submit your data deletion request. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

4. What Happens After You Submit

After we receive your verified deletion request:

  • We will complete the deletion within 45 days of receiving your verified request (or up to 90 days with notice if additional time is needed)
  • You will receive email confirmation once your data has been deleted
  • We will also instruct our service providers and third-party partners to delete your data where required by law

5. Alternative Ways to Request Deletion

In addition to the form above, you may also submit a deletion request by:

  • Account Settings Log in to your Wanload account and navigate to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Account
  • Email Request Send a written deletion request to privacy@wanload.com

6. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to delete. You will not receive a different level of service, be charged different prices, or be denied goods or services as a result of submitting a deletion request.
